Return & Refund Policy
At STRAUSS ELEKTROAKUSTIK USA, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality and performance.

Because many Strauss products are built, configured, imported, or prepared to order, all sales are generally final. However, refunds, replacements, repairs, or other resolutions may be provided at the discretion of STRAUSS ELEKTROAKUSTIK where appropriate.

Return
We do not generally accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons including, but not limited to:

- Change of mind

- Incorrect product selection by the customer

- Personal preference

- Changes in project requirements

- Compatibility with equipment not approved or specified by Strauss Elektroakustik USA

Requests for exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Strauss Elektroakustik USA.

Shipping Damage
Customers must inspect all shipments upon delivery.

Any shipping damage must be reported to STRAUSS ELEKTROAKUSTIK USA within 48 hours of delivery and must include photographs of the packaging and product.

Failure to report shipping damage within this period may affect our ability to assist with a claim.

Incorrect Shipments
If STRAUSS ELEKTROAKUSTIK USA ships an incorrect product, please contact us promptly upon receipt. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, correction, or other appropriate resolution.

Warranty Claims
STRAUSS ELEKTROAKUSTIK products are covered by a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

If a product is determined to be defective during the applicable warranty period, STRAUSS ELEKTROAKUSTIK USA and/or the manufacturer may, at its discretion:

- Repair the product

- Replace the product

- Provide a refund where appropriate

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, accidents, neglect, improper transportation, or normal cosmetic wear.
