USA Shipping Policy

STRAUSS ELEKTROAKUSTIK USA ships throughout the United States and selected international markets.

STRAUSS ELEKTROAKUSTIK USA is the official U.S. distributor for Strauss Elektroakustik products. Products may ship from inventory in Los Angeles or be supplied directly from Strauss Elektroakustik headquarters in Bern, Switzerland, depending on availability.

Many Strauss products are built, configured, imported, or prepared to order. As a result, lead times vary by product and availability. Estimated lead times will be communicated whenever possible but are not guaranteed.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise specified. Certain products may require custom freight arrangements, palletized shipment, white-glove delivery, special handling, installation, calibration, or other logistics services. In such cases, STRAUSS ELEKTROAKUSTIK USA will contact the customer directly to coordinate shipping and delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, storage fees, re-delivery fees, customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers must inspect all shipments upon delivery. Any shipping damage, shortages, or missing items must be reported to STRAUSS ELEKTROAKUSTIK USA within 48 hours of delivery and should include photographs of the packaging and product.

All delivery dates are estimates only. STRAUSS ELEKTROAKUSTIK USA is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Many clients prefer to speak with us directly before purchasing. U.S. orders may be placed through our website or directly through STRAUSS ELEKTROAKUSTIK USA.
